JJ Miller worked with a website developer to redesign the firm’s website, then created a prioritized tactical plan to help the client focus and implement marketing and sales efforts in alignment with the growth strategy. The plan also included steps for ramping up the operational structure as the company grows. JJ Miller coached the client over several months to implement the items on the tactical plan and meet their growth objectives.
